With Chartermanagement (also known as a purchase-charter), you purchase your dream yacht, which is then professionally marketed and chartered by experienced fleet operators at Nautic Alliance. The charter revenue generated covers ongoing operating costs (such as mooring, insurance, and maintenance) and contributes significantly to refinancing the yacht. We handle all operational management, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

Yes, of course. As the owner, you have a contractually specified number of weeks available for flexible personal use during your vacation. You enjoy your sailing vacation on your own yacht, while it generates income for you during the rest of the season. In addition, thanks to the strong Nautic Alliance network, you’ll often benefit from attractive special rates at other locations.

The professional service and technical teams at the Nautic Alliance Partner locations handle all maintenance, regular upkeep, winterization, and any necessary repairs. Through professional check-in/check-out processes and ongoing maintenance, we ensure that your yacht remains in excellent condition—both technically and cosmetically—and retains its resale value as effectively as possible.

This model combines the dream of owning your own boat with sound business sense. Depending on which partnership model you choose, you’ll benefit either from variable profit-sharing in charter revenues or from guaranteed return models. Once the contract term has expired (typically 5 to 7 years), all options are open to you: You can take full ownership of the yacht for private use, extend the charter contract, relocate the yacht to another base, or sell it.
