Contest Rules

Eligibility

Any individual aged 18 or older may participate. For the sake of clarity, all references to people in this document are intended to be gender-neutral.

To participate, you can Up to 3 photos or videos be submitted.

Participation in the Contest

To participate, submit a short video or photo in one of the following ways:

Upload Form: You can submit your short video or photo using the entry form on the Nautic Alliance or Pitter Yachtcharter website. Please note the permitted file formats and maximum file size.

By participating, the participant confirms that he or she is the creator of the submitted video or photo and that all persons recognizable in it consent to its publication.

Employees of Pitter Yachtcharter and partners within the Nautic Alliance are not eligible to participate.

Use of the Videos and Photos

By participating, the participant expressly agrees that Pitter Yachtcharter and the Nautic Alliance may use the submitted video for marketing purposes across various channels (website, social media, promotional materials, etc.) without any time or geographical restrictions. If the video or image material is not published immediately, it will be archived and may be used at a later date.
In summary, this means that a non-exclusive, royalty-free license is granted for the use of the content; the image rights remain with the submitter.

Determining the Winner

The winning entry will be selected each month by the Pitter Yachtcharter Crew. The winner will be determined during the contest period on the 15th of each month (or the following business day). The first drawing will take place in June 2025, and the last in October 2025. The selection is based on creative, aesthetic, and thematic criteria.

Winnings and Redemption

The winner will receive a €100 gift certificate, redeemable for a charter booking with Pitter Yachtcharter, the booking center of the Nautic Alliance Group. The gift certificate is not redeemable for cash and is valid for 2 years from the date of issuance. The voucher is not retroactive and cannot be applied to existing charter bookings.

Notifying the Winner

The winner will be notified by email at the address provided at the time of submission. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner may be selected.

Organizer of the Contest

The contest is jointly organized by Pitter Yachtcharter in cooperation with Sun Charter. It applies to the Nautic Alliance fleet.
Note: The contest is advertised on several websites of the participating companies; however, it is a single, joint contest that applies across all platforms.

Liability and Disclaimer

There is no legal claim to the prize; the decision rests solely with Pitter Yachtcharter. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the contest.
Pitter Yachtcharter and the Nautic Alliance assume no liability for technical issues that may arise when submitting videos or images. Entries containing illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content will be immediately disqualified from the contest. We also note that the contest may be terminated and removed at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons, and participants shall have no claims against Pitter Yachtcharter or the Nautic Alliance as a result.

Privacy Policy

The personal data provided as part of the contest will be used exclusively for the purpose of administering the contest and contacting the winners. It will not be shared with third parties. The privacy policies of Pitter Yachtcharter and the Nautic Alliance apply.
