Conditions of participation

Eligibility to participate

All natural persons aged 18 and over can take part. In the interests of better readability, the form chosen for all personal designations is representative of all genders.

Participation can max. 3 photos or videos be submitted.

Participation in the competition

Participation is possible by submitting a short video or image material in the following way:

Upload form: Your short video or photo can be submitted via the entry form on the Nautic Alliance or Pitter Yachtcharter website. Please note the permitted file formats and maximum file size.

By participating, the participant confirms that he/she is the author of the submitted video or photo and that all persons recognizable on it agree to its publication.

Employees of Pitter Yachtcharter and partners within Nautic Alliance are excluded from participation.

Use of the videos or photos

By participating, the participant expressly agrees that Pitter Yachtcharter and Nautic Alliance may use the submitted video or photo for marketing purposes on various channels (website, social media, advertising materials, etc.) for an unlimited period of time and space. If the video or image material is not published immediately, it will be archived and can be used at a later date.
In summary, this means that a non-exclusive, royalty-free license is granted for the use of the content, the image rights remain with the sender.

Determining the winner

The winning entry will be selected monthly by Pitter Yachtcharter Crew . The winner will be determined on the 15th of each month (or the following working day) during the competition period. The first draw will take place in June 2025, the last in October 2025. The selection is based on creative, aesthetic and thematic criteria.

Profit and redemption

The winner will receive a €100 voucher, redeemable for a charter booking at Pitter Yachtcharter, booking center of the Nautic Alliance Group. The voucher cannot be redeemed in cash and is valid for 2 years from the date of issue. The voucher is not retroactive and cannot be applied to existing charter bookings.

Notification of the winner

The winner will be notified by e-mail to the address provided when submitting the entry. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner may be chosen.

Organizer of the competition

The competition is jointly organized by Pitter Yachtcharter in cooperation with Sun Charter. It relates to the fleet of Nautic Alliance.
Note: The competition is advertised on several websites of the participating companies, but it is a single, joint competition that applies across all platforms.

Liability and exclusion

There is no legal claim to the prize, the decision lies exclusively with Pitter Yachtcharter. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition.
Pitter Yachtcharter and Nautic Alliance accept no liability for technical problems with the submission of videos or images. Entries with illegal, offensive or inappropriate content will be immediately excluded from the competition. We would also like to point out that the competition can be terminated and removed at any time and without giving reasons, without this giving rise to any claims by participants against Pitter Yachtcharter and Nautic Alliance.

Data protection

The personal data submitted as part of the competition will only be used to run the competition and to contact the winners. It will not be passed on to third parties. The data protection provisions of Pitter Yachtcharter and the Nautic Alliance.
