Whether through targeted measures to protect the maritime ecosystem or through social projects that support children, families and those in need – every member of Nautic Alliance is involved in their own way, sending a strong signal for sustainable and responsible action.

Even small changes can make a big difference - if we all join in!
Tips on on-board waste:
- Avoiding waste starts with shopping: look for environmentally friendly packaging. Buy bulk packs instead of lots of individual packs.
- Avoid using plastic bags! These are often mistaken for food by marine animals. Incidentally, decomposition takes 10 to 20 years - harmful microplastics are released in the process.
- Wash your dishes with environmentally friendly detergents and avoid using disposable tableware, cups and plastic straws.
- Separate your on-board waste carefully! Then dispose of the separated waste in the recycling garbage cans provided in the port!
- Make sure that packaging is not blown overboard and never throw cigarette butts into the sea.
