Job description
– Organization and coordination of all technical maintenance processes in the base
– Management and organization of the team of basic technicians, mechanics and other personnel
– Creation of maintenance plans and schedules, monitoring of progress and deadlines for boat maintenance
– Monitoring the deadlines for technical boat inspections and organization in accordance with local laws
– Coordination of technical staff and control of the check-in/check-out process
– Organization of external service providers for repairs
– Planning and implementation of interventions during the season (own staff and partners)
– Ordering spare parts for yacht maintenance and monitoring stock levels
– Checking and approving work orders for boat maintenance
– Preparation of offers for the installation of additional equipment for partners
– Settlement and reporting of insurance claims
– Processing claims in cooperation with customers
– Communication with yacht owners regarding maintenance work
– Other tasks in the technical and organizational area of the base


Required education, knowledge and skills:
– At least one year of professional experience in the charter business
– Excellent organizational skills
– Excellent communication skills
– Leadership skills
– Attention to detail
– Ability to work in a team
– Very good written and spoken English
– Profound knowledge in the use of yacht maintenance software as well as other business applications (Excel, Google Drive, e-mail)
– Willingness to work outdoors and in high temperatures

Job description
As a technician (m/f/d) in our charter base, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of the yachts, carrying out check-ins and check-outs (handing over the yachts to the customers), checking the yacht equipment and other tasks in the area of yacht maintenance and handover.


Required education, knowledge and skills:
– Good communication skills and friendly interaction with customers
– Basic knowledge of boat mechanics and electrics
– At least 6 months experience in charter operations or yacht maintenance
– Ability to work in a team
– Very good knowledge of English
– Basic knowledge of using computers and applications
– Skipper license an advantage

Job description
As Cleaning Manager (m/f/d) you are responsible for the organization and control of the cleaning staff as well as the cleanliness of our yachts and the base:
– Organizing the cleaning staff and coordinating boat cleaning at the base
– Checking cleanliness and carrying out checks
– Organizing the provision and cleaning of bed linen and towels
– Purchasing and organizing cleaning products
– Checking, replenishing and purchasing kitchen inventory (cutlery and crockery) as well as bed linen and towels for the yachts
– Carrying out winter cleaning and boat maintenance in the low season
– Cleaning the office at the base


Type of employment: All year round


Required training, knowledge and skills:
– At least one year of professional experience in the charter sector
– Good organizational skills
– Attention to detail
– Ability to work in a team
– Willingness to work outdoors and in high temperatures


Driver’s license: Required

We are looking for motivated cleaners for the exterior and interior cleaning of our yachts. We are looking for diligent and dedicated individuals who are willing to work under pressure in a dynamic environment to complete high quality tasks within specified time frames.

– Experience in cleaning is an advantage, but not essential

As a skipper with us, you take central responsibility for the success of our charter guests’ sailing trip. You not only steer the ship, but also the experience of our guests by creating a relaxed and harmonious atmosphere on board. You are not only the skipper, but also the tour guide, sailing coach and reliable contact person for our guests. With your organizational skills and positive charisma, you ensure that every cruise is an unforgettable experience.

As a rule, you will carry out the trip independently, but in flotillas you will integrate smoothly into the skipper’s team. You love meeting new people, adapt flexibly to different groups and set a good example. You remain calm and confident even in challenging situations and are uncomplicated in close cooperation.
